Burmese bean lunch
This is for my son when we’re out at a wine country event. It was hard to ward him away from the egg when I was putting the bento together tonight. Anpanman says, “Hi, come eat me!”
- Puerto Rican yellow rice with alcaparrado
- dry pan green beans (leftover from a meal at a Burmese restaurant)
- cocktail sausages
- dashimaki tamago (egg: step-by-step tutorial here)
