Mexican fried rice dinner for toddler
I got creative with some leftover brown rice this week, and made some Mexican-flavored fried rice the other day. My son’s been eating it up, so no complaints there!
- homemade fusion fried rice with brown rice, chorizo, zucchini (courgettes), carrots, onions, takuan, egg, cilantro (coriander leaves), and salsa verde
