Today I used up all of last night’s homemade curry in three bentos: for my son, myself and my husband. So of course my husband forgot to bring his lunch to work with him today, and I wound up going out to eat with a group after Japanese playgroup, but at least my son ate his at the restaurant! Here’s the one that got eaten today:

Thai curry rice lunch for toddler

  • Rice balls made of rice mixed with Thai yellow curry (with chopped-up catfish, red bell peppers, zucchini, carrots and onions)
  • grapes, tomatoes, and grilled asparagus tips
  • Irish cheese cut into butterflies
  • roast chicken

My lunch adds grilled salmon:
