http://www.ecolunchboxes.com/product.html#boxes I found these while wandering through a food blog site.

http://www.aibento.net/2010/03/02/dharm ... ive-bento/ posted a discount code.
(don’t forget that you can get 15% off by using the code ECOBENTO15 and the expiration date 3/31!)

They look pretty cool but I'd make so much noise if that was in my rucksack! The people of my bus to and from work have more than enough to put up with when my plastic bento is banging around nevermind if I had metal!

Heh. Maybe looking for a bandana may help. I can't remember where I found it, but there is a japanese site with instructions on how to use cloth instead of paper to wrap gifts. I think I've lost my bandanas, but I was using the techniques back when I could find the cloth.

I'm not ordering from that site because it's too expensive. And if I wanted something that couldn't go in the microwave, I'd use the mate to the box that my hubby recently melted. Still, a woman could dream.

Here's one with lots of different ways to tie it.

This one has a video, too

That video was brilliant, thanks for posting it. I'm heading out to a Turkish scarf shop today that is having a closing down sale, I may pick up a few more than planned :)
