Decorative sausage cutting tutorials

Postby Biggie » Thu Feb 12, 2009 12:09 am

Thought I'd remind people of this series of clever tutorials for cutting sausages or hot dogs into decorative shapes. They're all in Japanese, but if you click on any of them you should be able to follow along with the diagrams. They're here at the Nippon Ham website.

I also have tutorials for a sausage sunflower and a sausage rabbit on Lunch in a Box, and Maki at Just Bento has a tutorial for wiener flowers.

I love the sunflower! I might actually get some vegetarian sausage to try it! (I've never had veggie sausage links before)
