Mmm, cheese curds! We recently found a little dairy farm, out in the middle of nowhere, that sells them. They're packaged up in two different sizes in a refrigerator, and there's a little cardboard box (seriously) on a counter for you to drop the cash. We love going there; they're nice enough to keep the baby cows in the front where you can see them. :D

:oops: I never knew how to spell it - I'm sure Vladamir would not be happy covered with cheese curds... or perhaps he would, to each his own. :lol:

I love cheese curds, Trader Joe's sells them here in so-cal, so they may nto be as good as the ones in winsconsin, but I sure do like them!

You're talking my language! I love cheese, my new favourite has to be gorgonzola! Love finding new recipes for this yummy italian cheese! The children aren't too keen on my new cheese-obsession though! Anyone else loving the gorgonzola? x
