I'm happy to share my (very small) collection. I'm just starting out, but I can easily see this becoming an addiction!

Is there anything I should have? I am wanting some egg molds, but as a beginner can you recommend anything else to me?
My name is Shelly. I'm a SAHM to a toddler boy. I'm new to this bento thing and hoping to be really great at it by the time my son hits elementary school. :)

Not bento specific, just my personal blog: http://iusedtobeaperson.blogspot.com/

Nice collection Mom2Boo! Looks like you have the important essentials. The only thing I can think of, that you might like, are some silicone muffin cups...they're soft and flexible, and can keep liquidy type foods separate from the rest. :)

From a post elsewhere, I'm thinking that some of the plastic Easter eggs would make clever year-round packing additions. I found some faceted clear ones a while ago that I snatched right up.

I put some pictures of my prep-gear on my blog page:

Of course, this was before I ordered a whole bunch more stuff, but this gives a pretty good idea of what I'm working with. I'll post my bento boxes soon, too.

After months of looking around for that bread bento box, I finally decided to order from sugarcharms.com. I'm very satisfied with their service. My package shipped within a week and that is fast since I live in Hawaii. My Ichiban Kan order took almost a month! Also, the 2 bento boxes were nicely wrapped in pink tissue paper and ribbon. They also threw in some green grass baran and two fish sauce bottles not pictured.
