Speed-packing records?

I didn't actually time myself, but I think I got this done in between 5-10 minutes.

We were out of easy vegetables, so I took a quick run to the store, and had to get it assembled quick. I ripped up some lettuce, washed it, and filled most of the bottom of the box. I made some tomato slices and chopped up the rest. I had him slice open a bun from the bakery, I wrapped that in a napkin. I threw some sliced pastrami on top of the lettuce, put in the tomato, sliced some swiss, and added half a slice of red onion. It's up to him what part of that goes on his bun and what part gets eaten as a salad. His sidecar had whole rinsed strawberries, and I included a small apple. He keeps mustard and salad dressing at work.

I made myself a salad for lunch with a bit of the tomato and the leftover strawberries on the side. I left the end of the swiss on the cutting board, and he grabbed it on the way out the door. Don't argue with a husband's appetite when he's in a hurry. :)

Wow, that sounds REALLY fast! I like the idea of having your husband either assemble his own sandwich or make a salad with the ingredients (with condiments already at the office). Maximum efficiency!
