Can I freeze egg omelets?

I like to make japanese rolled omelets but I only use a few pieces for each bento, can I freeze them for later use in other bentos? Then do I thaw them in the fridge or microwave?? If anyone knows what I should do please let me know :D

It looks like there are people who have tried it on a couple of the low-carb forums. I'd say give it a try, and see how they come out. At the worst, you'll only be out a couple of eggs! (And let us know how well it works!) I might give this a try too, if I remember to get myself organized on a weekend.

From what I saw scanning around, some people made thema nd froze them in plastic bags, then microwaved them to thaw and heat them up. One woman made them in muffin tins and baked them, then froze them and thawed and heated them in the microwave.
