Adult bento #1
You don’t have to be a cook to pack a bento.
Direct from Costco — pasta salad, italian deli sandwich, and pickled peppers. Should have put the peppers in a foil cup to keep it away from the sandwich, but oh well.

Child bento #1
For my son: chicken tamale, grapes, cheddar cheese fish crackers, and a Babybel cheese. All fit into a little two-tier bento box.

Thai green curry
Thai green curry with salmon, broccoli and shimeji mushrooms — in my Chinese knockoff lunch jar.
Got the knockoff jar for like $8 in an Asian discount store here in San Francisco. Not as good quality as the Nissan Stainless or Mr. Bento, but man, the price was right.
