Still no pictures.

Yesterday I packed a shepherd's pie, which was ground beef, vegetables, and tomato sauce that was sealed under a layer of mashed potatoes. I topped that with a bit of cheese and chili powder, though it didn't end up as pretty as I would have liked. 1/3 of the box was taken up with brownie bites fried in an aebelskiver pan and spare pieces of cheese. Evening snack was more brownie bites with one that was cooked in a waffle iron. (I need to go shopping.)

Today's was a casserole made of rice, italian sausage, cabbage leaves, and tomato sauce. Baked in a 22-oz ceramic lunch mug. Evening snack is more brownies from the aebelskiver pan and waffle iron.

Tomorrow's will start with BBQ pulled pork. I'm eyeballing some broccoli florets, and I'm making biscuts for the evening snack.

I meant to get a picture but ran out of time. I had two muffin cups, one with the shredded pork, bbq sauce, and a few pickled jalepeno slices, the other with home made baked beans. The spare space was filled with lettuce, a few sticks of green pepper, a slice of plum tomato, and a few olives. (Darn, forgot the pickle.) I put a fresh-baked roll in a sandwich baggy for him. No snack this time since he didn't eat his last night. We don't have salad dressing in the house, I offered to let him sprinkle some vinegar or herbs in, but he thinks his roommates might have dressing.

Okay, last meal of the week. It's not really cute, but hopefully tasty. It sounds like a lot of food, but it's evening meal, midnight meal, and midday meal the next day.

I filled the ceramic lunch bowl with penne pasta, tomato sauce, italian sausage crumbles, and tiny cheese cubes.

I filled a two-cup bowl with lettuce, pennied carrots, diced tomato, and a bit of green pepper.

The box was divided between bacon-fried potato slices and broccoli florets. I cut a piece of swiss into sticks while leaving one end anchored so that it wouldn't fall apart.

And there is a dinner roll with nothing to put on it.
