FYI guys - I was at Joanns Craft store today when I noticed that they have some new bento cooking gear. They have toast stamps, pancake molds and mini fry pans in the shapes of cat, monkey, pig, and another I can not remember. The stamp was $3, the mold around $5 and the fry pans were $15. Happy shopping!

Keep in mind they also carry Wilton products, so they have cookie/fondant cutters, and the silicone baking cups (orange/yellow diamonds, pink/purple triangles, green/blue squares, red/pink hearts, as well as red/blue rounds).

Also, you can use paper punches as nori cutters to punch out nori "confetti", and there are some mini punches by Fiskars that are pretty cute, as well as letters and such. --- Or, if you don't want to puch the letters out of nori, punch them out of paper and make yourself templates to put over your sliced cheese (or deli meat, or whatever) and then use a knife to cut out the shapes/letters.
